ADULT QUESTIONNAIRE

    Community Ownership of Kinburn Park

Following the relinquishing of the lease on the bowling green area in Kinburn Park, St Andrews, in March 2026, an exciting opportunity now presents itself for the community to acquire this area in its ownership using the Community Empowerment legislation and the Community Asset Transfer process.

SALTC submitted a stage 1 Community Asset Transfer (CAT) application in late 2025 and was invited by Fife Council to proceed with a stage 2 application. As part of this the club is now engaging with the wider community on the preservation and future community use of Kinburn Park.

Before anything moves forward, we want to hear the views, ideas and concerns of local people. Please share your thoughts below.
